From selecting the right terminal, all the way up to installation on site: our regional sales representatives support and accompany you throughout all the important steps. This individual and direct service is both easy and affordable for you, helping you keep your day-to-day business running smoothly. Once the installation is complete, your personal contact obviously remains available by e-mail or telephone. Should you ever require particularly fast support, the team from our in-house Support department is on hand at all times to get you the help you need.

How the terminal installation process works

1. Select the POS terminals

Your personal contact visits you at your business. You work together to find the right terminal(s) for your requirements.

Arrange an installation date

You agree on an installation date that fits in with your own day-to-day business, for example at a time when you are generally not so busy.

3. Have your terminals installed

Your personal contact installs the hardware in a fast and uncomplicated process. This does not require any major work or modifications at your business.

4. Have the functions thoroughly tested

Your contact does not leave your business until everything is really working smoothly. Should you have any questions later on, they can obviously still be reached.

You can choose between these terminals

MOVE/5000: MOBILE AND FLEXIBLE For payments at the table in restaurants, mobile payments in taxis, as well as all other businesses that need to remain particularly flexible.

DESK/5000: STATIONARY AND EXTENDIBLE For shops, department stores and groceries that require fixed checkout locations and additional systems, such as printers and customer screens.
