Further investments in the field of terminal and platform technology (including Tillhub), as well as acquisition of the Pay Later business from the Paysafe Group and takeover of the leading technical network operator Lavego.

KKR acquires a majority holding in the heidelpay group.

Numerous strategic purchases help the heidelpay group establish itself as an all-in-one payment provider for the POS business (purchases including StarTec) and in the areas of risk and receivables management (purchases including Universum Group). This is followed by expansion into Europe (including mPAY24), as well as establishment of data-driven payment solutions through targeted investments in technology companies.
