Merchants who apply for a card processing account provided by Pliant for the first time as part of Unzer Financial Services, including the associated card (Unzer Card), and complete it after successful approval, will receive a one-time new customer bonus of EUR 50.00 from Unzer.
Only merchants who apply for and open a card processing account provided by Pliant through Unzer Financial Services for the first time, including the associated card, are eligible to participate. The new customer bonus is granted only once per merchant.
The new customer bonus is granted by Unzer as a one-time welcome payment. It does not depend on any service from the merchant and is specifically not given as compensation for advertising, referral, sales, or any other services from the merchant.
According to the parties' mutual understanding, the new customer bonus is neither a payment for a service from the dealer to Unzer nor a reduction of the fees or charges owed by the dealer.
The new customer bonus is credited to the card processing account after successfully opening the card processing account provided by Pliant.
The correct accounting and VAT treatment of the new customer bonus at the dealer is entirely the dealer's own responsibility. If the new customer bonus is classified for VAT purposes as a service, contrary to the parties' understanding, the amount of 50 EUR is considered the gross amount.
Unzer has the right to refuse the new customer bonus or reclaim a bonus that's already been given if the requirements for participating in the promotion aren't met, if incorrect information was provided, if the bonus is claimed multiple times, or if there is any other misuse of the promotion.
Unzer behält sich vor, die Aktion aus sachlichem Grund mit Wirkung für die Zukunft zu ändern, auszusetzen oder zu beenden. Bereits entstandene Ansprüche bleiben hiervon unberührt.
