This website uses the affiliate marketing platform of FinanceAds GmbH & Co. KG, Karlstraße 9, 90403 Nürnberg, Germany ("FinanceAds"). The FinanceAds cookies are only set with your consent. With the help of these cookies, it can then be traced that a user has previously clicked on an affiliate partner link on a website that participates in the FinanceAds affiliate network and has placed an advertisement from us via which the user has reached our website.  The following information is stored in the cookie: Tracking ID (s_id), OrderID, Product Category, Program ID. If a user submits an enquiry via a contact form on our website, the Tracking ID and OrderID are passed on to our MS Dynamics 365 CRM system with the specified form fields.  The Tracking IDs and OrderIDs are transmitted to FinanceAds independently of us for the purpose of billing the respective advertising campaign via which the user reached our site and, if applicable, left their contact details there.   Legal basis: This form of affiliate marketing and the associated processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. For the analysis of the usage of parts of our websites (currently: Onboarding-Process), we use the Amplitude Analytics service provided by Amplitude, Inc. ("Amplitude"), based in the USA. Upon successful registration, we generate a hashed User ID and collect relevant information about event-based user actions (User Drop Rate, average time spent on respective subpages, and information about how many users have completed the onboarding process). We transmit this information along with a Device ID created by Amplitude to Amplitude.  Through the Amplitude service, we can gain insights into the usage of our dashboard based on the information obtained, and better understand how it is used by our users. The purpose of processing is therefore the optimization of our dashboard. The personal data is stored exclusively on servers provided by Amplitude within the Federal Republic of Germany and is generally encrypted for a period of 365 days even when at rest.  Furthermore, there is an adequacy decision of the European Commission pursuant to Art. 45 para. 1 GDPR for companies certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for the USA. Amplitude is certified accordingly and is thus committed to complying with appropriate data protection standards.  Amplitude, with whom we have concluded an agreement on the processing of personal data including the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission to establish an adequate level of data protection, can generally only lift this encryption in the case of our corresponding instruction for support purposes, which is why access by Amplitude to the data subject to processing cannot be completely ruled out. However, such access always and exclusively takes place in accordance with the provisions of the data protection agreement concluded with Amplitude.  The processing involves the setting of Amplitude cookies and is based on consent obtained from the dashboard users via our Cookie Consent Manager pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR, § 25 para. 1 TTDSG. This consent can be refused via our Cookie Consent Manager and revoked free of charge at any time thereafter. 

We offer website visitors the opportunity to submit job applications to us (e.g. via e-mail, via postal services on by submitting the online job application form). Below, we will brief you on the scope, purpose and use of the personal data collected from you in conjunction with the application process. We assure you that the collection, processing and use of your data will occur in compliance with the applicable data privacy rights and all other statutory provisions and that your data will always be treated as strictly confidential.

If you submit a job application to us, we will process any affiliated personal data (e.g. contact and communications data, application documents, notes taken during job interviews, etc.), if they are required to make a decision concerning the establishment or an employment relationship. The legal grounds for the aforementioned are § 26 New GDPR according to German Law (Negotiation of an Employment Relationship), Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. b GDPR (General Contract Negotiations) and – provided you have given us your consent – Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. a GDPR. You may revoke any consent given at any time. Within our company, your personal data will only be shared with individuals who are involved in the processing of your job application. If your job application should result in your recruitment, the data you have submitted will be archived on the grounds of § 26 New GDPR and Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. b GDPR for the purpose of implementing the employment relationship in our data processing system.

If we are unable to make you a job offer or you reject a job offer or withdraw your application, we reserve the right to retain the data you have submitted on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) for up to 6 months from the end of the application procedure (rejection or withdrawal of the application). Afterwards the data will be deleted, and the physical application documents will be destroyed. The storage serves in particular as evidence in the event of a legal dispute. If it is evident that the data will be required after the expiry of the 6-month period (e.g. due to an impending or pending legal dispute), deletion will only take place when the purpose for further storage no longer applies. Longer storage may also take place if you have given your agreement (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR) or if statutory data retention requirements preclude the deletion.

If we do not make you a job offer, you may be able to join our applicant pool. In case of admission, all documents and information from the application will be transferred to the applicant pool in order to contact you in case of suitable vacancies. Admission to the applicant pool is based exclusively on your express agreement (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). The submission agreement is voluntary and has no relation to the ongoing application procedure. The affected person can revoke his agreement at any time. In this case, the data from the applicant pool will be irrevocably deleted, provided there are no legal reasons for storage. The data from the applicant pool will be irrevocably deleted no later than two years after consent has been granted.
