Unzer counteracts staff shortages with technology
Berlin, 17.05.2024 -The staff shortage has had the catering sector firmly in its grip since the coronavirus at the latest. With its Orderpro Plus waiter ordering system, payment company Unzer has hit the nail on the head: the handy device can be used flexibly anywhere and increases efficiency. As a result, Orderpro Plus helps to alleviate staff shortages, at least in part.
Process orders and payments with one device
The Orderpro Plus mobile waiter ordering system combines a waiter and guest ordering system with a mobile card reader. Orders are transmitted wirelessly to the bar or kitchen in seconds. All types of payment—whether with bills and coins or cashless and contactless—can be processed. This prevents long walking distances and puts restaurants in a first-class position.

And that's not all: Orderpro Plus also benefits the environment. Order slips become unnecessary, and receipts can be issued via QR code, making it an environmentally friendly alternative to printed thermal paper receipts.
