New partner for VET-CONCEPT Gladiators Trier. Unzer joins the Gladiators family.
The Berlin-based payment company is equipping the Trier professional basketball team with new POS systems and payment solutions.
The VET-CONCEPT Gladiators Trier are proud to present their new partner, payment provider Unzer. The Berlin-based group of companies specializes primarily in payment services for brick-and-mortar and digital retailers and also has a presence in Luxembourg.

The implementation is the result of close cooperation: processes were coordinated jointly, and experience gained from everyday arena operations is continuously incorporated into the optimization. Gladiator fans can now purchase tickets and fan merchandise more quickly. Together with Unzer, the payment and POS infrastructure was modernized: stationary and mobile POS systems work seamlessly together, amounts are automatically transferred to the terminal, and checkout is quick and error-free.
Unzer CEO Robert Bueninck was visibly impressed after he visited the arena: "At the game in Trier, I experienced the passion of the team and the enthusiasm of the fans firsthand – this energy immediately swept me away.
