Unzer Launches UnzerAI to Improve Internal Efficiency, Security, and Compliance

Berlin, July 2025 – After successfully introducing its internal AI assistant earlier this year, Unzer announces UnzerAI, an advanced and user-friendly successor to its previous tool, UnzerGPT. Designed exclusively for Unzer employees, UnzerAI helps teams quickly find internal information, improve productivity, and make confident decisions, without compromising data security.

Since its initial launch, the assistant has proven popular, with over 80% of employees using the solution. On average, more than 300 team members actively used the tool weekly, participating in around 1,200 conversations and exchanging approximately 10,000 messages.

Structured access to internal knowledge through specialised agents

UnzerAI further enhances this experience by seamlessly integrating Unzer’s internal knowledge base, providing employees with fast and accurate real-time responses – all conveniently accessible through one platform. Employees can now spend less time manually searching for documents and instead prioritize tasks that add the greatest value to the business.

To this end, the platform provides two distinct agent functionalities: a dedicated Unzer Agent, trained specifically on internal processes and guidelines, and a General Agent, suitable for broader queries not directly related to internal procedures.

Security and Compliance by Design

In addition to increasing productivity, UnzerAI is carefully designed to meet rigorous security and compliance standards. It operates in a secure, protected environment, does not process personal information or sensitive customer data, and adheres strictly to regulatory and internal data policies. Moreover, every response provided by the assistant references verifiable internal documentation, creating full transparency and giving employees confidence in the information provided.
