Unzer Group Acquires AllCash to Strengthen Presence in Eastern Germany
Berlin/Plauen, March 12, 2026 – Unzer Group, a leading provider of payment and software solutions, has acquired the point-of-sale operations of AllCash, a commercial network operator based in Plauen, Germany. The acquisition strengthens Unzer’s unified commerce business and expands its footprint in eastern Germany.
By adding over 500 terminals to its network, Unzer expects to process an additional 2.5 million transactions annually while broadening its merchant base in a key growth region.

Over recent years, Unzer has focused on continuously expanding its platform to deliver even better service to its customers. As a result, Unzer has built an integrated ecosystem of payment and software solutions that brings together all sales and payment channels on a single platform. This enables retailers to optimise their processes and offer customers a seamless shopping experience across online, mobile, and in-store channels.
This business area – also known as unified commerce – has seen significant growth in recent years. In 2025, Unzer achieved over 35% growth in its software suite, while its bundled software and payments offering grew by more than 100%. Over the course of the year, the company plans to launch its unified commerce offering in Denmark as well.
The AllCash name will remain in use. The company continues to operate as a second-generation business under the leadership of the former owner’s son and is now focused on e-commerce, specializing in receipt rolls for POS systems and related POS accessories.
